Bake with Grace!

  • Classic Vanilla Chocolate Chip

    1. PREHEAT YOUR OVEN

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin pan or line it with paper muffin liners.

    2. MIX YOUR WET INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, whisk together:

    • 3 large eggs
    • ¾ cup lukewarm milk
    • ¼ cup melted and slightly cooled butter

Whisk until everything is smooth and well combined

    3. MAKE YOUR BATTER

Pour the entire pouch of muffin mix into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Gently mix with a spatula until everything is fully incorporated. Be sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to catch any dry mix. The batter will be thick, so avoid adding extra liquid!

    4. LET THE BATTER REST

Allow the batter to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before baking.

    5. FILL YOUR MUFFIN PAN

Divide the batter evenly among the 12 prepared muffin cups. About 1/4 cup per muffin.

For a classic, smooth muffin top, lightly wet your fingertips and gently smooth the surface of each muffin.

    6. BAKE TO GOLDEN PERFECTION

Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Enjoy them warm for the best flavor and texture!

STORAGE: Once cooled, store your muffins in an airtight container to keep them fresh.

  • High Protein & Fiber Waffles!

    1. PREHEAT YOUR WAFFLE MAKER

Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease with butter or nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

    2. MIX YOUR WET INGREDIENTS

In a medium bowl, whisk together:

    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 cup lukewarm milk
    • ¼ cup melted butter (½ stick)

Whisk until smooth and well combined. Make sure the melted butter has cooled slightly before adding it.

    3. MAKE YOUR BATTER

Pour the entire pouch of Better Bakes muffin mix into the wet ingredients and gently whisk until fully combined, making sure no dry pockets remain.

The batter should be thick but scoopable!

    4. COOK YOUR WAFFLES

Scoop the batter directly into your preheated waffle maker. Close the lid and cook according to your waffle maker's instructions or until the waffles are golden brown, cooked through, and release easily.

    5. SERVE & ENJOY!

Carefully remove the waffles and serve warm with your favorite toppings! We love fresh berries, Greek yogurt, nut butter, or a drizzle of maple syrup.

TIP: For crispier waffles, transfer them to a wire rack immediately after cooking rather than stacking them. This allows steam to escape and keeps the edges crisp.
